What you'll do

• Lead and support User Operations team members
• oversee Salesforce and Workday account and contract setup
• manage contract administration and invoice query resolution
• support renewal representatives and enterprise analysts with contract renewals and corrections
• process SELECT cancellations, new SELECT and product orders, and E365/EPS orders, conversions, and renewals
• maintain contract subscription records for contact, product, and pricing accuracy
• follow product and subscription policies and financial controls.
