Construction Laborer

The Construction Laborer role is onsite in Schenectady, NY, with pay of $21–$26 per hour. The position is part of Pramira’s outside plant division, supporting infrastructure deployment and support for wireless carriers, broadband providers, original equipment manufacturers, and asset owners. The laborer assists construction crews with site preparation, trenching, conduit and cable placement, and installation of pedestals and vaults. The role also transports materials, maintains equipment, completes site cleanup and company documentation, and follows safety and quality procedures.

What you'll do

• Clean and prepare construction sites
• assist crew members with construction work
• operate compressors and missiles
• install pedestals and vaults
• safely load, transport, and unload tools and materials
• dig trenches and move or compact earth
• assist with conduit and cable handling and placement
• maintain equipment
• clean sites
• complete company documentation
• follow safety standards and procedures.
