Assistant Property Manager

What you'll do

• Support daily property operations and compliance
• inspect the property and coordinate maintenance and repairs
• manage service requests and resident concerns
• assist with supervising and coaching onsite staff
• conduct prospect follow-up, tours, applications, lease execution, and move-ins
• execute marketing and leasing strategies
• monitor occupancy and leasing metrics
• collect rent and track delinquencies
• support budgets, financial records, and reporting
• maintain resident files and compliance records.
