The Senior Manager, Marketing & Product Strategy role is onsite in Bedford, MA; Rejoni is a pre-commercial women's health company preparing to bring its Juveena Hydrogel System to the U.S. market. The role exists to lead launch execution and early adoption while connecting commercial strategy with field needs and product development. It equips sales and customers with compliant materials and training, gathers market feedback, and translates that insight into product priorities with R&D and partner teams.

What you'll do

• Own and execute the downstream launch plan for Juveena
• develop and maintain field marketing materials through medical, legal, and regulatory review
• lead marketing strategy for society meetings and congresses
• support sales training and field visits
• manage surgeon and key opinion leader relationships
• coordinate clinical and procedural education
• capture customer and field insights
• partner with market access on reimbursement
• translate market insight into product requirements and business-case input.
