What you'll do

• Answer inbound calls, internet inquiries, and live chat requests
• schedule and confirm sales appointments
• communicate by phone, email, text, and CRM tools
• provide initial vehicle and dealership information and basic financing information
• follow up with leads and missed appointments
• maintain accurate CRM records
• collaborate with sales teams and dealership leadership
• participate in meetings, training, and process improvement sessions.
