What you'll do

• Handle approximately 50–100 inbound and outbound call interactions per day
• process product orders and updates, delivery-status inquiries, and other requests
• use critical thinking to resolve inquiries
• partner with sales and operational departments to complete transactions and follow up within service levels
• provide professional and courteous customer service.
