The role supports K–8 students during after-school programming by supervising activities, providing homework help, and fostering safe, positive relationships that support learning, social interaction, and skill development.

What you'll do

• Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities
• assist students with homework and academic support
• build positive relationships with students, families, colleagues, and school staff
• maintain a safe environment
• complete incident reports and program documentation
• follow safety, first aid, and emergency response procedures
• supervise students and model the school’s core values.
