Account Director

Job overview

The Account Director role is onsite in Minneapolis, MN, and pays $175,000–$215,000 per year, in addition to commission and equity. Hadrian is building autonomous factories to support aerospace and defense manufacturing and strengthen American supply chains. The director develops strategic customer relationships and growth plans with aerospace and defense companies, coordinating with internal teams and customer stakeholders to advance manufacturing programs. The role supports company growth by translating customer needs into long-term, value-based engagements.

What you'll do

• Develop executive-level customer relationships
• build and execute co-developed strategic growth plans
• work cross-functionally with internal teams and customer stakeholders
• navigate aerospace and defense supplier qualification and onboarding, including AS9100, audits, ITAR, FAIs, PPAPs, and contractual flowdowns
• develop and close multi-million-dollar contracts
• coordinate customer planning across executive, buyer, quality, engineering, and supply-chain stakeholders
• drive multi-year customer engagements.
