What you'll do

• Serve meals according to portion-control procedures and schedule
• assist with cleaning worktables, refrigerators, and freezers
• sweep and mop
• wash dishes and cooking items
• remove garbage
• set up meal trays, carts, and dining areas
• distribute menus
• check dietary trays
• deliver food carts
• remove used trays and carts for cleaning.
