Framing Site Supervisor

The Framing Site Supervisor role is onsite in Watertown, SD. Compensation is competitive based on experience, up to $30 per hour. East River Contracting hires supervisors to lead commercial framing projects from layout through final walkthrough. The supervisor directs crews and daily site operations, coordinating materials, schedules, quality, and safety so framing work progresses accurately and efficiently through each project phase.

What you'll do

• Lead crews on commercial framing projects
• oversee layout, wall framing, floor and roof systems, and sheathing
• read and execute blueprints and framing plans
• coordinate with operations, crews, and subcontractors
• organize materials, tools, and equipment
• maintain schedules
• monitor craftsmanship and structural accuracy
• follow OSHA and company safety standards
• keep the job site organized.
