What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long-range planning
• own monthly reporting, variance analysis, and executive performance reviews
• analyze revenue, profitability, cash flow, and business drivers
• lead workforce planning and labor-cost analysis
• develop financial models, business cases, scenarios, and investment evaluations
• establish KPIs and dashboards
• improve reporting processes and automation
• mentor finance team members.

Why this role
