Utility Food Service Worker

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, clean, and polish
• sort and replenish serviceware
• wash dishes, pots, and utensils
• operate the dish machine
• handle chemicals according to safety protocols
• empty trash
• maintain facility cleanliness
• prepare salad-bar items, fruit cups, parfaits, and cookies
• restock utensils and equipment
• record required temperatures
• support meal production, service, and cleanup as assigned.
