Machine Operator — Production, Second Shift

The Machine Operator — Production, Second Shift role is onsite in Farmington, NY, with pay of $18–$21 per hour; a 7.5% shift differential applies after permanent hire for select shifts. The role supports manufacturing of weather stripping and specialty products.

What you'll do

• Operate production machinery to specifications and work instructions
• complete setup and basic adjustments after training
• monitor equipment and production flow
• inspect product tolerances
• document downtime, scrap, and quality
• report equipment issues and defects
• assist with changeovers, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
• replenish raw materials and remove finished products
• maintain a safe, organized workstation
• follow safety and plant procedures
• support continuous improvement and production goals
• operate up to three machines and perform changeovers when required.
