Dermatology Medical Assistant / Mohs Technician

What you'll do

• Escort and prepare patients
• obtain and document medical histories, medications, and allergies
• assist with visits and electronic medical records
• support Mohs surgery and wound care
• prepare the Mohs laboratory
• process tissue and prepare slides
• label and track specimens
• maintain laboratory equipment
• follow safety and infection-control protocols
• assist with dermatologic procedures
• clean and sterilize instruments
• maintain supplies and protect patient confidentiality.
