Shift Supervisor

Job overview

The Shift Supervisor role is onsite in Norco, CA, with compensation of $18–$22 per hour. The supervisor coordinates staff and shift handovers, provides guest service, and supports front- and back-of-house operations. The role is also a developmental position for future Assistant General Manager and General Manager opportunities.

What you'll do

• Supervise staff and shift performance
• make shift decisions when serving as the lead
• coordinate handovers with the next supervisor
• provide guest service
• enforce employee handbook rules
• maintain office duties and paperwork
• may assist the General Manager with interviewing and hiring.
