What you'll do

• Assist with daily meal preparation and service
• prepare serving lines
• monitor food temperatures
• follow food handling, sanitation, and safety requirements
• assist with inventory and supply replenishment
• help prepare food-service reports and maintain food-cost and usage records
• support kitchen organization, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance
• collaborate with the Food Services team.
