What you'll do

• Prepare food for patients, catered events, and the cafeteria menu
• pre-dish patient food and assemble trays
• maintain sanitation and department upkeep
• follow food safety and quality standards
• oversee the department in the absence of designated managers or chefs
• train new team members
• staff kitchen positions as scheduled or on short notice
• perform Culinary Ambassador or Barista duties as assigned.
