Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

Job overview

The Director of Financial Planning and Analysis role is fully remote. The annual base salary range is $175,000–$215,000, with eligibility for additional annual bonus compensation. Pacvue’s commerce media platform supports brands and agencies across retail media networks. The director leads financial planning, analysis, and forecasting for the Enterprise business. The role provides decision-ready financial insight, guides strategic investments and initiatives, and leads the FP&A function in partnership with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

What you'll do

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting
• set financial targets and KPIs with executives
• identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities
• develop models for strategic initiatives and M&A
• advise on projects, launches, and market expansion
• build executive dashboards and reporting
• lead variance analysis and corrective actions
• manage and develop FP&A teams
• align planning and reporting across accounting, operations, and product.
