What you'll do

• Schedule and dispatch drivers to meet customer and operational needs
• handle customer service calls and coordinate pickups and deliveries
• communicate with drivers, scale operators, and yard teams
• monitor routes, schedules, and driver hours for DOT compliance
• track incoming and outgoing loads and maintain records
• provide drivers with job information, site details, and material instructions
• help resolve scheduling issues, service concerns, and daily operational challenges.
