Payor Enrollment Specialist

The role maintains accurate, timely, and compliant provider, group, and site enrollments with government and commercial payors. By tracking enrollment and revalidation deadlines, resolving enrollment-related claim issues, and coordinating with internal teams, the specialist helps prevent reimbursement delays and billing interruptions.

What you'll do

• Process provider, group, and site enrollments, revalidations, reinstatements, and updates
• maintain enrollment records
• monitor deadlines
• align enrollment dates with credentialing and licensure
• respond to payor documentation requests and audits
• partner with Billing, Credentialing, Compliance, Operations, and HR
• research enrollment-related denials and payment delays
• maintain audit-ready tracking and documentation
• report status and risks to Revenue Cycle leadership.
