The Backroom Utility-Forklift role is onsite in Orange Park, FL, with compensation of $16–$17 per hour. The position reports to the Production Manager and supports production, loading, and receiving work areas at City Thrift. The role keeps work areas organized and supports production workflow by moving carts and materials, assisting with loading and unloading, and operating a forklift and baler when trained. It contributes to production goals, safe operations, and courteous customer interactions.

What you'll do

• Remove trash
• move empty and full carts
• route non-sellable items to the baler or trash
• assist drivers with unloading and customers with furniture loading
• produce bales
• load and unload trucks using a forklift as needed
• maintain an organized workstation
• meet production goals and follow safety procedures.
