Residential Maintenance Technician

Residential Maintenance Technician is an onsite role in Arlington, VA. Pay is $28–$33 per hour, DOE. The technician supports a luxury multifamily community and its resident service experience. The role maintains building systems and property conditions by responding to service requests, completing preventive maintenance, and repairing HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues. It also supports apartment turnovers and renovation projects in coordination with the Lead Engineer and property team.

What you'll do

• Respond to and complete resident service requests
• perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections
• troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting issues
• assist with apartment turnovers and renovations
• support property upkeep, safety, and appearance
• collaborate with the Lead Engineer and property team.
