What you'll do

• Facilitate in-service training for bus operators and other employees
• assist with developing and coordinating training courses
• evaluate training effectiveness and develop improvement benchmarks
• conduct and document retraining after preventable accidents
• maintain training records and documentation
• coordinate the safety awards program and track employee incidents and accidents.
