Primary Therapist — Addiction and Mental Health

The Primary Therapist — Addiction and Mental Health role is an onsite position in Hendersonville, TN, paying $60,000–$75,000 per year. The schedule is Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m., and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The therapist supports Epiphany Wellness’s mission of treating addiction and mental health concerns. The therapist manages a client caseload and provides group, individual, and family therapy, assessments, crisis intervention, treatment planning, and case management. The role supports individualized recovery and helps clients build skills for long-term sobriety and well-being.

What you'll do

• Provide group, individual, and family therapy
• conduct psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments
• perform crisis intervention
• develop treatment plans
• manage cases and documentation
• communicate with families, referral sources, and other service providers.
