Factory Technician, 2nd Shift

The Factory Technician, 2nd Shift position is onsite in Mesa, AZ, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 3:30 p.m.–12:00 a.m.; pay is $18.50 per hour. Hadrian builds autonomous factories and manufactures mission-critical products for aerospace and defense customers. The technician rotates through Central Operations stations and receives on-the-job training in work performed before and after machining. The role supports production flow through material preparation, tool-crib work, part marking, shipping and receiving, and rework while following training procedures and precision requirements.

What you'll do

• Rotate among Central Operations stations
• receive and transact raw metal and cut it to size
• assemble and disassemble machine tools
• serialize machined parts using laser, epoxy, or ink methods
• ship parts and visually inspect returned parts
• perform small modifications to meet customer requirements
• follow training procedures and precision inspection practices.
