Infant Room Assistant Teacher

The Infant Room Assistant Teacher role is onsite in Macomb, MI, with compensation of $14–$16 per hour. What you'll do

• Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans
• support children’s social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through engagement and positive interactions
• prepare classroom materials and maintain a safe, clean, inviting environment
• supervise and provide individualized support
• assist with communication to families about children’s progress and daily activities
• follow health, safety, and licensing requirements
• and support daily care routines. A high school diploma and previous experience with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting are required by the posting.
