What you'll do

• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness of floors, walls, dishes, and pots
• maintain supplies inventory
• use wet-floor signs and other markers
• ensure kitchen workers have appropriate protective equipment
• check that equipment functions properly
• assist with kitchen safety training and chemical-use instruction
• follow cleanliness and safety standards set by the casino and Health Department
• communicate concerns to supervisors or kitchen management.
