What you'll do

• Manage center financial performance, including profit and loss, revenue, expenses, labor, materials, and accounts receivable
• review scorecards and KPIs and implement corrective actions
• manage staffing and resources
• hire, onboard, train, coach, and develop teammates
• lead repair workflow and production
• maintain repair quality and safety
• address customer concerns
• ensure regulatory and company-policy compliance
• build relationships with customers, insurers, dealerships, vendors, and referral partners
• support local business development
• communicate with the Regional Manager and support-center teams
• lead center initiatives and process improvements.
