The Automotive General Service Technician – Texas State Inspector License Required role is onsite in Richardson, TX. The technician joins a family-owned, high-volume automotive repair shop serving the Richardson and Dallas–Fort Worth community. The technician performs state vehicle inspections and routine maintenance, completes digital vehicle inspections, documents findings, and maintains a clean and safe shop. The role supports customer vehicle safety and helps customers and service advisors understand inspection results and maintenance needs.

What you'll do

• Perform Texas state vehicle safety and emissions inspections
• complete oil changes, fluid flushes, and preventive maintenance
• perform tire services and replace basic wear items
• complete digital vehicle inspections and document findings with notes and photographs
• maintain a clean, safe, organized shop floor.
