What you'll do

• Create commercial roofing sales opportunities
• build relationships with property managers, builders, and business owners
• schedule and conduct roof inspections
• prepare quotes, proposals, and RFP responses
• communicate with clients through sales, installation, and post-project stages
• coordinate with project managers
• maintain estimates, photos, and documentation in the CRM
• participate in training and ongoing education.
