What you'll do

• Collaborate across content teams to support consistent high-quality classroom practices
• use organizational curriculum and quality frameworks to identify coaching and professional development priorities
• implement and document Practice-Based Coaching cycles
• set goals with teachers and provide observations, reflection, and feedback
• support community partner sites with technical assistance
• coordinate with program directors and center leaders
• document coaching activities
• assess teaching practices using CLASS, TPOT, and/or TPITOS
• design and facilitate professional development
• support licensing and Head Start compliance.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or related field and three to five years of early childhood experience. Some evenings and, rarely, weekends may be required. A Colorado Coaching Credential and Trainer Credential must be obtainable.
