What you'll do

• Maintain knowledge of policies and regulations
• provide quality assurance for the School Registered Nurse Program
• mentor and support nurses
• conduct clinical interviews, orientations, and annual training
• create nurse improvement plans
• conduct onsite school or clinic visits and remote support
• document supervision
• assist with credential renewals
• attend Department of Education meetings and training
• maintain clinical software access and staff training
• conduct performance appraisals
• provide direct service if needed.
