What you'll do

• Own end-to-end deployments for new sites and expansions
• define deployment phase-zero targets, commissioning gates, and responsibility matrices
• manage cross-SKU dependencies
• maintain execution dashboards and provide executive updates
• govern cross-organizational dependencies
• coach junior technical program managers
• drive AI tool integration across programs.
