What you'll do

• Support implementation of clinical policies and regulatory changes
• investigate resident complaints and grievances
• conduct compliance surveys and participate in state and federal surveys
• identify trends and develop corrective action plans with divisional and community leaders
• schedule site visits and provide remote clinical support
• review resident move-in and move-out decisions and level-of-care assessments
• train and onboard community staff
• and supervise community administrators and Directors of Health and Wellness.
