The Entry Warehouse Team Member role is onsite in Medina, NY, with compensation of $21 per hour plus a $1 shift differential. The schedule is 3rd shift, 10:00 p.m.–6:30 a.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime as needed. The role supports Winland Foods’ warehouse, production, and packaging operations. The team member moves and stages materials, manages inventory rotation, and operates warehouse equipment while following food safety and workplace safety requirements. Accurate handling, documentation, and collaboration help keep production supplied and support Winland’s food quality standards.

What you'll do

• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, wrapping machines, and related equipment
• inspect equipment and document inspections
• move and stage materials and maintain FIFO rotation
• participate in inventory counts
• handle recyclable materials and parcel shipments
• follow GMP, HACCP, SQF, FSMA, and company food safety policies
• maintain clean, audit-ready areas
• use SAP for inventory transfers and reporting
• maintain records
• participate in training and 5S efforts.
