What you'll do

• Wash, sanitize, and organize dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment
• assist with basic food preparation
• chop, dice, slice, and portion ingredients to recipe specifications
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation
• restock supplies and prep stations
• store food according to food safety and FIFO guidelines
• support kitchen staff during high-volume service.
