What you'll do

• Shape pay structures, incentive plans, and job architecture
• advise HR partners and business leaders on leveling, market data, offers, promotions, and restructures
• support job leveling and career-path initiatives
• manage annual merit and pay planning
• conduct market pricing and pay equity analyses
• maintain compensation policies and documentation
• partner with HRIS systems staff on improvements and reporting
• streamline processes.
