Consumer Loan Officer

What you'll do

• Receive and prepare consumer loan applications for members and non-members
• collect required documentation and check application accuracy
• prepare applications for underwriting
• answer loan inquiries and discuss credit-building and financial questions
• conduct inbound and outbound member calls
• maintain member relationships and referral and sales goals
• promote credit union products and services
• quote applicable tax, title, license, and Wildlife and Fisheries fees
• use and provide feedback on the lending origination system
• comply with Bank Secrecy Act requirements.
