Salesforce Administrator / Data Analyst

Job overview

The Salesforce Administrator / Data Analyst role is onsite five days per week in Covington, KY. Pay is $50–$55 per hour on a W-2 basis. The role supports a client by translating business and operational needs into scalable Salesforce CRM solutions and actionable data insights.

What you'll do

• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into Salesforce and data solutions
• administer Salesforce with declarative tools
• own data hygiene, governance, monitoring, and remediation
• analyze datasets
• implement duplicate, matching, validation, and automation rules
• report data quality metrics
• perform root-cause analysis
• assess integrations
• cleanse and re-import data using SOQL, Data Loader, or similar tools and Excel
• and document solutions and user guidance.

Why this role
