What you'll do

• Develop community marketing initiatives
• generate qualified leads through networking, events, referral relationships, digital marketing, and outreach
• plan resident and public events
• represent Aviva at local organizations and businesses
• manage social media and weekly content
• coordinate advertising, sponsorships, and public relations
• monitor reviews
• track lead sources, tours, event attendance, engagement, referrals, and marketing return.
