Job overview

What you'll do
- Own customer satisfaction and NPS
- improve technician productivity, turnaround, and same-day diagnosis
- grow service sales and protection-plan attachment
- manage budgets, labor, and scheduling
- hire, develop, and coach Knowledge Managers and supervisors
- use operating reports and benchmarking to build action plans
- visit stores and partner with store and sales leaders
- maintain staffing, training, and culture
- coordinate with Home Office teams.
