What you'll do

• Support supplier qualification and approval, evaluate products and sourcing opportunities, monitor supplier performance, and resolve quality, delivery, pricing, or service issues
• source materials, supplies, and services
• use data analytics and AI-driven insights in purchasing decisions
• coordinate purchasing with business units
• negotiate prices and order quantities
• enter and amend purchase orders in the ERP system
• identify and mitigate supply risks
• analyze pricing and cost drivers
• reduce supply-chain waste
• resolve pricing discrepancies
• maintain purchased-part information
• monitor and expedite back orders
• partner with Inventory Control and Receiving on issues
• participate in continuous improvement
• follow safety rules.
