What you'll do

• Monitor carrier locations and available freight
• keep Account Managers informed
• support carrier and customer relationships
• confirm load quantities, temperature requirements, schedules, and delivery timelines
• track shipments and schedule loading and unloading appointments
• compile and process invoice packets
• address billing and payment inquiries
• complete the initial step in a two-step payables verification process.
