What you'll do

• Independently source and originate residential mortgage and home equity applications
• develop referral relationships
• guide borrowers from application through closing
• coordinate with processing and closing teams
• conduct consultations and gather documentation
• maintain borrower and stakeholder communication
• follow credit union, TILA, BSA/OFAC, and other applicable compliance requirements.
