What you'll do

• Plan, schedule, and direct golf maintenance activities
• assist with the annual maintenance budget
• diagnose and report agronomic issues
• manage irrigation adjustments and scheduling
• maintain turf grasses
• prepare the course for tournaments and daily play
• operate tools and equipment as needed
• integrate integrated pest management programs
• oversee equipment maintenance and capital improvement coordination
• recruit, train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate staff
• maintain records and reports
• track expenses
• order supplies and parts
• oversee seeding, fertilizing, watering, and pest and weed control
• address problems and complaints
• communicate operational developments to the General Manager
• approve timesheets, purchase orders, and invoices.
