What you'll do

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans
• supervise and provide clinical guidance to behavior technicians
• monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams
• maintain accurate documentation and comply with ethical and clinical standards.
