The HVAC and Building Automation Sales Account Executive role is onsite in San Antonio, FL, with a base salary range of $75,000–$100,000 per year plus uncapped commission. The role supports Albireo Energy’s growth strategy through sales of building automation, fire/security, installation, service, and maintenance capabilities. The account executive develops customer relationships, identifies opportunities, and negotiates project scope and pricing. By coordinating with consulting engineers and operations, the role helps secure projects and support timely, budget-conscious delivery and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Develop relationships with end users, contractors, consulting engineers, owner accounts, and ESCOs
• assist consulting engineers with control-system design and specifications
• estimate material, labor, and subcontractor costs
• partner with Operations on project delivery
• prepare technical proposals and presentations
• set customer meetings and sell company capabilities
• negotiate pricing and scope
• provide sales leadership for installations, service, and maintenance
• attend sales meetings and training
• team-sell
• achieve revenue and gross-margin targets.

Why this role

Requires five or more years of building automation sales experience and proven plan-and-spec or owner-direct sales success. Candidates should understand HVAC systems and controls, read mechanical/electrical/control drawings, and use CRM tools. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree with industry experience required.
