What you'll do

• Execute fermentation, solvent-based recovery, and multi-stage chemical synthesis processes
• operate within drug-substance production
• prepare buffers and support reagent production
• own assigned processes end to end
• monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize processes
• support continuous improvement, qualifications, validation, technology transfers, and new product introductions
• author reports, SOPs, and batch records
• collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams.
