What you'll do

• Perform lease analysis, valuation modeling, cash flow analysis, development feasibility analysis, and reporting
• work with senior asset managers and local market contacts on budgets, business plans, and investment underwriting
• participate in quarterly portfolio reporting
• support investment management and production for assigned properties, including core, value-add, and development activities. Travel to assigned markets approximately three to four times per year.
