What you'll do

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders
• monitor and document patient conditions, vital signs, and responses
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• educate patients and families
• maintain clinical documentation in EMR/EHR systems
• respond to changes in patient status and initiate appropriate interventions.

Why this role
